Before paying for your order placed on our website, you should know that the package arrives 48/72 hours after leaving our facilities (Peninsula). If your order is placed after 2:00 p.m., the package will be shipped the next day and if the order is placed over the weekend, the package will be shipped on Monday since shipments are not made on Saturdays and Sundays. . All our express shipments will be made through the transport company GLS.

We work with the company GLS. If GLS cannot deliver your order, it will contact you through a notification. In the same way, an email will arrive with the tracking information so that you can contact the shipping company if necessary.

The cost of our express delivery is €4.50, but if your purchase amount is equal to or greater than 35 euros, transport will be free.

CHANGES AND RETURNS

Once your order is received, you have 15 days to make the change in case of breakage or defect, since returns are not allowed in other circumstances. In this case we can send you a new item at no cost.

The return period will be a maximum of 15 days from the date it is approved through the payment method used by the client, card or PayPal in this case. Refunds will only be accepted when the merchandise is back in our hands and with confirmed damage.
