Orders are delivered to the different shipping companies within 24-48 hours after the purchase is made, provided the products are in stock and unless they are placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. In these cases, the orders will be delivered to the transport company on the first business day after the day the order is placed. Delivery times depend on the chosen payment method.
Shipping is done through GLS.
It must be taken into account that the indicated deadlines are computed in working days and that they may be affected by local or national holidays.
For shipments to mainland Spain:
a) Shipments greater than or equal to €35.00 Free shipping.
b) Shipments less than or equal to €34.99 have a cost of €4.50
For shipments to the Balearic Islands:
a) Shipments greater than or equal to €35.00 Shipping free.
b) Shipments less than or equal to €34.99 have a cost of €6.95
No shipments are made to the Canary Islands.
Delivery of orders will be made at the delivery address freely designated by the user. In this way, Reguecool does not assume any responsibility for when the delivery of the product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company. or postal service, assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the recipient. 1. Product damaged during shipping : Upon receiving the product, you should check it carefully. 3. Defective product : For the return of a defective product, the defect of the part must first be verified by sending photos in which it is verified that the item is really damaged or deteriorated. From here everything is our responsibility. In the case of a defective product, Reguecool is responsible for all the necessary expenses for the repair, replacement or refund of the amount as appropriate. All these procedures are free for the consumer. This guarantee does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, or materials subjected to wear due to normal use.
The guarantee will lose its value: If any of the data on the guarantee or on the proof of purchase are modified, altered or replaced. The guarantee offered by Reguecool complies with the legal requirements demanded both in the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (TRLGDCU) and in Law 3/2014, of March 27 , which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. 4. Product does not meet your expectations : If you receive the product and it does not meet what you were looking for, don't worry, you can return it within 10 calendar days of receiving the product. To do this, you only have to contact Reguecool by any of the available means. It is necessary that the product is in perfect condition with all its accessories. After having received the merchandise in our warehouse and checking its condition, you will obtain a refund of the amount of your order, discounting the transport costs, through the same payment method that you used when making the purchase. Do not forget to keep the original packaging, because if you do not return the product in the original packaging, the product will suffer a depreciation. We recommend that, in case of returning the already opened product, you re-package it very well with all the protections with which we supply it from Reguecool; Keep in mind that it can later suffer damage during transport and if we receive it badly damaged we will have to apply an extra cost for said depreciation of the product.
5. What are the return costs? : If you return a product due to an error on the part of Reguecool, that is, a damaged, deteriorated, defective product or a shipping error, we will always assume all the costs of the return.
